The Navigator App serves as the official guide for visitors attending Messe Frankfurt’s Creativeworld exhibition, providing comprehensive and reliable information sourced directly from the event organizers.

Even without an internet connection, users can access essential details such as exhibitor information, event schedules, and fairground maps through the app's offline features.

The application offers several functionalities designed to enhance the visitor experience. Please note that some features may be temporarily unavailable:

• Exhibitors: Search for participating companies and their products, utilize filtering and sorting options, and discover contact persons. Users can also view exhibitor-related events, add photos and notes, and share information.
• Fairground: Access detailed floor plans with booth locations. The quick finder helps users identify their preferred exhibitors within the hall layout.
• Events: Stay informed about scheduled activities such as special exhibitions and conventions. Personalize your schedule by adding events to your calendar or watchlist, and share photos and notes.
• News: Access press releases and updates from social media channels related to the event.
• Favourites: Manage a personalized list of preferred companies and events, with synchronization options available via the online customer center (requiring Messe Login).
• Connect! Facilitate networking by connecting with other attendees. Filter potential business contacts and initiate direct communication.
• Scanner: Utilize QR code scanning to quickly import visitor badge data into your contact list.

The app menu provides customization options for tracking preferences, access to opening hours, travel information for Messe Frankfurt, as well as privacy policies and terms of use.

The Navigator App is freely available for Apple devices—including iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad—via the App Store.
